Order Processing

Orders placed before 2 pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, your tracking number will be emailed to you. You can also check the status of your order at any time via our tracking page.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International orders are sent via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply for deliveries outside the UK and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? No problem. We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn with tags attached.

Sale items and intimate apparel (tights, underwear) are excluded for hygiene reasons.
